All content generated by FunnyMovieMaker, including but not limited to movies created from uploaded pictures, is owned by the user who uploaded the pictures. However, by using our service, you grant FunnyMovieMaker a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, distribute, and display the content for the purpose of operating and improving the service.
6. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our service at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of these terms.
7. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall FunnyMovieMaker be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your use or inability to use the service; (ii) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein.

These terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of The Netherlands, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
